Who operates the site

Sleep diary entries

Diary entries are processed in your browser. This version of the site does not transmit diary entries to Good Right Sleep or another service. Unless you choose “Save my entries in this browser,” entries are kept only in the current page session and are lost when the page is refreshed or closed.

If you choose to save entries, the diary uses this site’s local browser storage. The entries remain until you delete them, clear site data, or your browser removes them. They are not synced to another device by this site. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to read them. Avoid saving sensitive information on a shared device.

You can remove a single entry, clear the entire diary, or turn off saving to remove the stored copy while keeping the current page’s entries temporarily. Exported and printed copies are under your control and are not removed by clearing the diary.

Messages you choose to send

The contact page prepares a message in your own email application. It does not submit the form to a site database. If you send the message, the email address, name, and contents you include are received through the publisher’s email service and may be used to respond, address corrections, or maintain business records.

Do not send medical records or sensitive health information. The site does not provide private clinical consultations. Email providers apply their own privacy and retention practices.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, request time, and security-related logs to deliver and protect the website. Visiting a website necessarily makes a network request to its hosting service.

This site currently loads its fonts, images, and scripts from its own hosting. It does not currently include a third-party analytics script, advertising tag, or an embedded social widget. The optional diary storage is functional browser storage, not an advertising identifier.

Advertising and external services

If advertising or additional data-collecting services are introduced, this policy will need to describe the actual services and any applicable choices. External source links take you to websites with their own privacy practices; those sites receive your visit only when you follow the link.

Your choices

You can read with JavaScript disabled, although the interactive diary and email-preparation features will not operate. Browser settings let you block or clear local storage. To ask about a message you sent or request deletion, contact the publisher and provide enough information to identify it. Retention or disclosure may be required for legitimate business or legal obligations.

Audience

The publication is intended for adults and does not invite children to submit information. Please avoid entering information about another person in a diary saved on a shared browser.
